Ocean Pines Primary Care and Women's Health provides healthcare for the whole family -- pediatrics, women's health and family medicine services by board certified health professionals.


Pediatrics/Internal Medicine

Munna Garg, M.D. Dr. Munna Garg is currently located at the Atlantic General Health System’s Ocean Pines office as an internal medicine and pediatrics specialist. A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, Garg completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va. His board certification in both specialties enables him to see patients of all ages.

Family Medicine

Danielle Orr, M.D. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Park University in Parkville, Mo., Dr. Danielle Orr continued her studies at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. Orr completed her residency at Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, Pa., in June 2008. She is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.

Woman's Health

Christine Neto, M.D., F.A.C.O.G Dr. Christine Neto, a board-certified OB/GYN with 15 years of experience, provides gynecologic services at Atlantic General Health System’s Ocean Pines Primary Care and Women’s Health office and Pocomoke Medical Center. Neto practiced in Salisbury for the last nine years, and has served on various committees at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. She is also an associate professor to the Physician’s Assistant program at the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore. She graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore.

Nicki Akstinas, CRNP Nicki Akstinas, CRNP, completed her nurse practitioner studies through Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Torrence Ca., in 2005, and she brings 35 years of GYN nursing experience to her patients. She specializes in family planning and cervical colposcopy and biopsy. Ms. Akstinas has her nurse practitioner certification through the National Certification Corporation. Fluent in Spanish, she also holds a certification from the state of California for bilingual medical terminology. Nicki is now accepting new patients.

Dolores Rhymer-Anderson M.D., FACOG, MBA Dr. Rhymer-Anderson completed her undergraduate degree in biology at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. She received her medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse and earned a master’s in business administration through the Physician Executive MBA Program at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Ga. She also completed an internship and residency at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital Center of Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York, N.Y. Dr. Rhymer-Anderson is board certified and a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a fellow of the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Rhymer-Anderson is now accepting new patients.
