Tri-County Community Health Assessment

In partnership with the Worcester County Health Department, Peninsula Regional Medical Center, McCready (Hospital) Foundation, and the Somerset and Wicomico County Health Departments, Atlantic General Hospital conducted a tri-county Community Health Assessment in 2009. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the health status, behaviors and needs of children, adolescents and adults in Somerset, Worcester and Wicomico counties in Eastern Maryland so we can appropriately identify and implement strategies to improve the overall health of the communities we serve.
