THANK YOU to all of our participating Penguins, their supporters, and everyone who helped to make the 19th Annual Atlantic General Hospital Penguin Swim on January 1st a success! We estimate more than 650 people jumped in the chilly ocean, and based on preliminary count, we are on track to meet our goal of $88,000 raised for Atlantic General Hospital.
We are so grateful for the outpouring of support this year from Event Sponsors and those who joined us New Year's Day. Things would not have run so smoothly without the support of our volunteers – thank you to each and every one of you! Special thanks to our Event Co-Chairs, Patricia Ilczuk-Lavanceau and Sal Fasano. We cannot thank Patricia enough for her 4 years of leadership and dedication as the Penguin Swim event chair.
