About Laura Stokes, DO

Dr. Laura Stokes joined Atlantic General Health System in 2015. She obtained her medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing a pediatrics residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Stokes went on to become the Pediatric Chief Resident at Geisinger and then served as a pediatric hospitalist at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. She is passionate about the health and wellbeing of children and has participated in several medical mission trips to Honduras and China. She has been a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2004 and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
