Our scheduling is flexible, making it easier than ever for women throughout Maryland to get the care they need.
Our Women’s Health Center provides the following services:

At Atlantic General Women’s Health Center, our state-of-the-art facilities allow us to provide women with a wide range of health services—from gynecology specialists to diagnostic testing, biopsies, and minor surgical treatments. For women who live or work closer to Selbyville and Pocomoke, Atlantic General’s women’s health specialists will continue to provide local services for easy and simple access.
Melissa Braniff, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C
Melissa Braniff, CRNP, joined Atlantic General Health System in January 2020 to provide women’s health care for the Berlin/Ocean City community. Melissa was a registered nurse for six years, gaining experience in home health and emergency nursing, before earning her Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Wilmington University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Campbell University, in Buies Creek, North Carolina. When she is not caring for patients, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors and with her husband, Jordan, and her two children, Gavin and Nora. Melissa is currently accepting new patients.
Margo Gill, MD
Dr. Margo Gill joined Atlantic General Health System in September 2021 to provide women’s health care, including general gynecology and primary care, for the Berlin and Ocean City areas. Dr. Gill provides care for the range of pediatric, adolescent and adult women and has a special interest in sexual health. Dr. Gill takes a holistic and inclusive approach to patient care, with a focus on eliminating the health inequities of the more marginalized populations in our community. Her diverse experience allows her to care for a wide range of patients. She earned her medical degree at University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2005 and completed her residency in family medicine at the Barre Family Health Center, part of the University of Massachusetts Memorial Health System. Prior to Atlantic General, Dr. Gill practiced medicine at Forest Lakes Family Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia, and served as a faculty physician for the Family Health Center of Worcester, in Massachusetts.
Christine Neto, M.D., F.A.C.O.G
Dr. Christine Neto, a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 20 years of experience, provides gynecologic services at Atlantic General Women’s Health in West Ocean City. Dr. Neto practiced in Salisbury for 9 years prior to joining Atlantic General Health System and has served on various committees at Atlantic General Hospital and Peninsula Regional Medical Center. A resident of the Eastern Shore for over 15 years, she graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore.
Kerri Ellinger, PA-C
Kerri Ellinger, PA-C, joined Atlantic General Health System in February 2022 to provide care at Atlantic General Women’s Health in Ocean City. Kerri earned her degree in physician assistant studies at State University of New York at Stony Brook and has over 25 years of experience. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Kerri settled down on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in 2000 and since then has focused on women’s health and urology. She is passionate about helping women at all stages of life take care of themselves – physically, emotionally, and mentally.
