Lou Taylor, Bishopville native and principal at Stephen Decatur High School, was recently named to the Atlantic General Hospital Board of Directors. Taylor is active in the community, sitting on several boards and committees including the Worcester County Board of Zoning Appeals, the Atlantic General Hospital Corporate Board, the hospital’s Planning Committee, and the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. He is a member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the board of directors of Hudson Health Services, and is a lifetime member of the Friendship United Methodist Church in Berlin.
Taylor is a graduate of Salisbury University, where he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education, and is a member of their Varsity Club Board of Directors.
