Tai Chi Principles and Practice with True’ly
Main Lobby Atlantic General Hospital; 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
The ancient Chinese form of Tai Chi Yang Style combines controlled movement, meditation and self-defense. Cost: $40.00 for 6 sessions or $8.00 per class for drop-ins. Call 410-749-2144 to pre-register.
