Living Well: Take Charge of Your Health Class #1
Atlantic General Hospital, Conference Room #1; 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.
A chronic disease self-management class. This 6-week workshop teaches how to better manage your condition or disease. It is for anyone who has a chronic condition or cares for someone with a chronic condition, which may be anything from heart disease or diabetes to back pain or headaches.
