OCEAN PINES LADIES GOLF ASSOCIATION MAKES DONATION TO AGH

Berlin, Md. – On Tuesday, October 7, the Ocean Pines Ladies Golf Association held their Annual Pink Lady Golf Tournament at the Ocean Pines Golf & Country Club to raise money to help provide mammogram screenings through the Eunice Q. Sorin Women’s Diagnostics Center at Atlantic General Hospital. The association raised $952 during this year’s event, bringing their total contribution over the past four years to $3,800 raised for the Eunice Q. Sorin Women’s Diagnostic Center.

The Eunice Q. Sorin Women's Diagnostic Center, which opened at Atlantic General Hospital in October 2005, is dedicated solely to women’s health and diagnostic services. The result of a year-long study by a 12-person task force, it is a “one-stop shop” for mammography and bone density exams as well as non-invasive alternatives for some breast surgeries.
