Berlin, MD. – Worcester County Health Department and Atlantic General Hospital have partnered to offer an online health resource for the community. The Network of Care website acts as a one-stop shop for all the services available related to public health, disease prevention and treatment, communicable diseases, crisis services, and more.

“For new and long-time members of our community, this tool is an extremely valuable resource offering a single place to find available health care resources and education, mental health services, health related support groups and senior services,” said Colleen Wareing, Vice President of Patient Care Services at Atlantic General Hospital.

Network of Care can be searched by health category, program or agency name, or by inputting a keyword related to your needs. This comprehensive directory is free and available 24/7. Listings are updated regularly and the website is available in more than 40 languages. .
