Chronic Pain Self-Management Workshop
12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, Snow Hill Senior Center, Snow Hill, MD
This is an interactive six-week program that helps those with chronic pain discover how to lead a life less affected by their chronic pain. Topics include pain management techniques, medication management, communication with healthcare providers and others, action planning and many more. This workshop is FREE and open to the community. Step By Step Guide to Younger Looking Skin

Overeaters Anonymous 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Our group is a 12 step program, adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous. We help anyone struggling with a compulsive eating problem, whether it is weight gain, bulimia, anorexia, or if you are a parent of a child with one of these problems. We will be meeting each Sunday in Conference Room 1 at Atlantic General Hospital. There is no initial meeting charge. Meeting contribution is $1.00 weekly. Atlantic General Hospital Stroke Center has established a stroke support group to provide a community based environment for stroke victims/survivors and caregivers on a monthly basis. We will provide physical and emotional support in a social setting for survivors and caregivers to share their personal experiences and challenges.
