Surgical Group Nutrition Times:

9/5/17- 2:45-4:00, 9/6/17- 2:45-4:00 (pre-op class), 9/14/17- 8:45-10:00, 9/19/17- 11:45-1:00, 9/20/17- 8:45-10:00 (pre-op class), 9/28/17- 2:45-4:00

***If you are ready to have your pre-op visit, schedule the group visit with the front office***

***Please make sure you have at least one visit per month for continuity of your program***

Surgical Support Group Times:

9/13/17- 5:30 pm & 9/27/17- 5:30 pm

Free Surgical Information Seminar Times:

9/12/17, 9/18/17, & 9/25/17 (No Seminar on 9/4/17 due to holiday)- 1:00 (located in Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg on 2^nd floor). The insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program will be discussed.

***Please note***… Our surgeons will speak at the first 2 seminars of the month:

1^st Monday @ 1:00- Dr. Zarif will speak about the sleeve & bypass surgeries & then Angela will speak about insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program.

2^nd Tuesday @ 1:00- Dr. Zhong will speak about the sleeve & bypass surgeries & then Angela will speak about insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program.

3^rd & 4th Mondays @ 1:00 Angela will speak about insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program.

Non-Surgical Support Group Times:

Tuesday evenings 9/5/17, 9/12/17, 9/19/17, & 9/26/17) @ 5:00 pm

Wednesday afternoons 9/6/17, 9/13/17, 9/20/17, & 9/27/17) @ 12:00 noon

Free Non-Surgical Information Seminar Times:

9/5/17, & 9/19/17- 1:00 pm (located in Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg. on 2^nd floor). The insurance & clinical requirements of our non-surgical bariatric program are discussed.

***Please feel free to attend the “Medical Monday” sessions offered every 2^nd Monday of each month from 6:30-7:30 in Berlin (124 North Main Street). Topics for these vary. In Delaware they are held on the 4^th Monday of the month from 5:30-6:30 in Millville (38069 Town Center Dr. Unit 15).
