Surgical Group Nutrition Times:

12/3/18- 8:45-10:00, 12/4/18- 2:45-4:00, 12/6/18- 8:45-10:00 (Pre-op class), 12/13/18- 8:45-10:00, 12/18/18- 11:45-1:00, 12/20/18- 11:45-1:00 (Pre-op class), & 12/27/18- 2:45-4:00.

**Please make sure you have at least one visit per month for continuity of your program***

Surgical Support Group Times:

12/12/18 & 12/16/18- 5:30 pm

***Feel free to attend one of the Medical Mondays OR THE WALK WITH A DOC WALK instead of a surgical support group.***

Free Surgical Information Seminar Times:

We now offer the seminar on-line as an alternative for those of you with busy schedules & transportation challenges. Go to our website at www.atlanticgeneral.org/bariatrics & look under the tabs for our free webinar. You can view the seminar & then take the quiz at the end in place of attending in person. Once you have completed the quiz you can call to make an appointment. We will still offer one seminar in person each month for those of you who may prefer that option.

The in-person seminar will be on 12/3/18 at 1:00 in the Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg. on 2^nd floor. The insurance & clinical requirements of our surgical bariatric program will be discussed.

***Please note*** Schedules permitting, one of our surgeons will speak at the in-person seminar.

Non-Surgical Support Group Times:

Tuesday evenings 12/4/18, 12/11/18, & 12/18/18 @ 5:00 pm

Wednesday afternoons 12/5/18, 12/12/18, & 12/19/18 @ 12:00 noon ***There will be no groups on 12/25 or 12/26 due to the holiday.***

Free Non-Surgical Information Seminar Times: (The insurance & clinical requirements of our non-surgical bariatric program are discussed.) Due to low attendance we will be limiting these seminars to one per month. Interested patients who cannot attend the seminar may still hear seminar info by appointment, but this will be a billable visit.

The in-person seminar will be on 12/4/18 at 1:00 in the Bariatric Conference room in Barrett Bldg. on 2^nd floor. Our seminar will soon be available on-line for viewing!

***Please feel free to attend the “Medical Monday” sessions offered every 2^nd Monday (12/10/18) of each month from 5:30-6:30 in Berlin (124 North Main Street). Topics for these vary. In Delaware they are held on the 4^th Monday of the month from 5:30-6:30 in Millville (38069 Town Center Dr. Unit 15). ***There will NOT be a group on 12/24/18 due to the holiday but there will be a group on 12/17/18 at the Millville location instead.***
