Below are this month’s meeting times & dates:

Surgical Group Nutrition Times: *Please make sure you have at least one visit per month*

3/5/20- 8:45-10:00 (Pre-op class), 3/12/20- 8:45-10:00, 3/17/20- 11:45-1:00, 3/19/20- 2:45-4:00 (Pre-op class), & 3/26/20- 2:45-4:00

Surgical Support Group Times: (AGH Hospital Cafeteria)*You may attend any type of health-promoting support group or Walk With A Doc event instead of a surgical support group.*

3/11/20 (Angela Burke, LCPC with Applied Counseling Services, LLC) & 3/25/20 (Chris Bauer, MSN)- 5:30 pm

Free Surgical Information Seminar Times:

We now offer the surgical seminar on-line as an alternative for those of you with busy schedules & transportation challenges. Go to: https://www.atlanticgeneral.org/Our-Services/Bariatric-Weight-Loss-Services/Attend-a-Webinar.aspx to view this. You will need to take the quiz at the end & pass with an 80% or better in order to make an appointment for a consultation with one of the surgeons. Once you have completed the quiz you can call to make an appointment. We will still offer one seminar in person each month (with the exception of January) for those of you who may prefer that option. Insurance & clinical requirements will be discussed during these seminars. The in-person seminar will usually be at 1:00 pm in the surgical office on the 1^st Monday of the month. In March it will be held on 3/2/20.

Non-Surgical Support Group Times:

Tuesday evening on 3/3/20 & 3/17/20.*Both Tuesday evening groups will be in person in the office & will start at 5:00 & end by 5:30-5:45, depending on discussion*

Wednesday afternoons on 3/4/20, 3/11/20, 3/18/20, & 3/25/20. *All four afternoon groups are in-person, & will start at 12:00 & end by 12:30-12:45, depending on discussion*

Free Non-Surgical Information Seminar Times:

We offer our non-surgical seminar on-line as well as the surgical one. You may view the seminar on-line if you wish to or attend the in-person seminar at the beginning of the month. *Walk With A Doc events which are held every 3^rd Saturday & have moved from Ocean Pines to William’s street in Downtown Berlin. The next one is 3/21/20 at 9:00 am. The group meets at the bench in front of the Town Hall & walks the 1- mile route.
