Atlantic General Hospital Receives Donation from Local Ladies Amateur Golf Association Chapter

On September 13, 2023, Atlantic General Hospital received a generous donation of $5,245 from the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Eastern Shore MD/DE chapter. This donation from the chapter’s annual Pink Ball Week fundraising event will assist those in the community who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, specifically those with limited or no healthcare coverage.

The LPGA Amateur Golf Association Eastern Shore MD/DE chapter is a group of more than 500 female golf enthusiasts who host social outings and golf events with the goal of connecting likeminded women of the area. The chapter has been a long-time supporter of Atlantic General Hospital and its mission of providing the highest level of care to local women affected by breast cancer.
